The facilities were very good apart from several problems. The room felt damp, there was no bathroom door, and we had no hot water on the first day, so we couldn't bathe after our trip. The WiFi didn't work at all, and there was no phone signal in the room, so we had to go outside to use our phones. We also struggled with the key box. We'd asked in advance about getting into the room early but heard nothing; when we arrived an hour early, no one had left, so perhaps an earlier check-in might have been possible.

The location is handy, tucked in a lane in the old town, just steps from the basilica. A pastry shop and restaurant are barely three minutes away, the sea is close, there's a well-stocked small shop ten minutes on foot, and the city center takes about fifteen minutes to reach. The owner is nice, and the apartment is pretty, clean, nicely decorated, and practical. The kitchen has equipment but no oven or extractor hood, so cooking is difficult; there's no washing machine either. There's a big TV, but no French channels, which is a shame, and the sofa is comfortable. No soap holder in the shower. Some products were left for us, a nice touch. It can get noisy when the streets are crowded. There are no windows to the outside, just the door straight onto the lane, so it's damp and has the smell that comes with that. Fine for a short stay.
