2/10
The location is excellent, but the room and building were shockingly dirty. They felt like the oldest, moldiest place I’ve stayed in, and there was a strong smell of cheap air freshener over a sticky, old mustiness. They had promised something like a spa or jacuzzi accommodation, which I didn’t like. Pigeons outside the window were painfully noisy at 6 in the morning, though I know that may not bother everyone. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially since the place hadn’t been cleaned.

It was clean, and the setting is beautiful. Bari Vecchia is so handy from here: almost everything we wanted to visit was just 2-3 minutes away, and nothing took more than 20 minutes.

The room was bright and clean, and the building itself is lovely, in a safe, appealing location. Although it’s described as a B&B, breakfast isn’t included. There are plenty of places nearby to eat, with options at all sorts of prices.

We had comfortable beds and nice rooms, and the sea and Saint Nicola’s basilica are both very close. Highly recommend!

The staff were really helpful, and housekeeping tidied our room each day. The location is superb. I also loved the wonderful painted wooded ceiling.
