We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was cozy, spacious, and very clean, with everything we needed. The shower cabin was much too small for what we expected and needed, which was frustrating. When we arrived, a technical problem with the V-key system meant we couldn’t open the building door. They couldn’t help us remotely, so we waited until someone came out and got in that way.

The place was clean, and someone came to tidy up every day, but they kept taking our full water bottles. It was smaller and older than the photos suggested, and the lamps didn’t work properly. The terrace was shared with three other rooms, something the listing didn’t say, and it didn’t feel secure. The air conditioning remote had no batteries, so we had to buy some to turn it off.

The address in the booking was wrong, self check-in was tricky, and online support was nonexistent. There were extra charges that weren’t declared on the website. The service was bad, and noise from other rooms came through. The rooms were dirty and old, needed maintenance, and smelled terrible. I don’t recommend it.

Expensive, dirty, and uncomfortable. One room was up on the roof and looked like a pigeon house.

Good spot, and the place was clean. There’s a big terrace with a view over the city.
