Our basic room was surprisingly spacious, with new, stylish furniture, and the bathroom was good too. This is a centrally located hotel that's been renovated really well, and the staff are kind. They even gave us metal bottles to fill with drinking water from the purifier in the hallway, a thoughtful touch. I wanted to share this because the rating at the time was under 4, which didn't seem to match the place. I think the Google score should be at least 4.5. My rating is 5.

The team made the stay feel so welcoming. They were kind, gentle, and consistently went out of their way to help during my visit. I had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

We had a lovely surprise when the team wished us a happy birthday. They were friendly and attentive throughout, and housekeeping did a perfect job every day. The room also had slippers, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is new and clean, and the staff even prepared food boxes for our 4 AM departure, which was such a personal touch. Check-in was fast and easy, and arrival and departure were very well organized. The location works brilliantly too, close to the train station and city center, with everything we needed just around the corner. Best impression overall. 5/5, and I'll definitely come back.

The rooms were lovely, and the team was really friendly. It's close to the station and not far from Bari Storico. A super hotel.
