Wild Adventures Whatever Whenever

The van was in very good shape, almost new, and the staff who handled pickup and drop-off were really friendly. There was a minor mix-up with the deposit and it was charged by mistake, but Wild Adventures refunded the full amount.

Be careful, I wouldn't rent from them! They were very kind and friendly at first, but they charged 2.500 euros to our card as a security deposit and said it would be returned automatically on the day we brought the camper back. When we returned it, they told us we would have to wait 28 days, which really surprised us, though there wasn't much we could do. Now we've received an email saying 950 euros will automatically be charged for workshop costs and a bill. We've desperately tried to reach someone by phone, but nobody answers. Be careful, so you don't get cheated like we did!

I was nervous about driving such a large vehicle and managing everything that comes with it, since this was our first RV trip. Fabrizio and his team quickly put us at ease. They took the time to explain how everything worked and let us try the different parts of the vehicle. The vehicle was perfect and had been fully checked before we set off. We had the best holiday we've ever had, and the Wild Adventures team had a lot to do with that. I've heard plenty of stories about trouble with other rental companies, but we had no issues here, whether at check-in, checkout, or during the trip. Fabrizio was there whenever we had a question. Be very careful! We were deceived! We rented a camper and were told they needed my identity card, even though I wasn't going to drive, because we were using my card for the security deposit. They charged us 2.500 and took the money straight from the bank instead of freezing that amount. We were told we'd get the money back as soon as we returned the camper safely. But when we brought it back, they said it would take 28 days. The next day, we got an email saying they'd charged us 750 euros. We couldn't find anyone to explain what was going on. They all suddenly seemed to disappear. We've sent several messages begging for an answer, but still haven't had a reply. When we call, they don't answer and just send a message saying they're out of office. They ruined our vacation, and we still can't find anyone to explain.
