The walk from Barisciano is manageable, and the restaurant has a warm, welcoming feel. They make a wide variety of very good pizzas by hand in a special oven. We had pizza, vegetables, and wine, and they gave us lovely photos of the area, which became a great part of the trip's memories.

Our crew of three Gran Sasso trekkers stayed overnight and ate three meals at the restaurant. The offsite apartment was over 200 meters closer to the village center, spacious and clean, with several bedrooms, a large balcony, and a much appreciated washing machine. Lunch on arrival, dinner, and the included breakfast were all good and well priced. The staff were very friendly and made each meal more enjoyable. I'd rate it 4.5.

The waiter was so kind and helped us choose what to eat. He even pointed out when we'd ordered too much for two, which I really appreciated. The food was perfect, especially the amazing gnocchi with saffron. We got to try distinctive local dishes and enjoyed the experience so much. Thank you for the delicious meal.

We liked it so much that we came back for a second dinner. The staff were very friendly and eager to suggest local dishes that suited our vegetarian preferences. The restaurant felt like a family place, and both the food and wine were good quality for very reasonable prices.
