After a disaster in another town, this place was a welcome relief. The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable, and there was a cute little bar for a glass of wine. Breakfast had a very nice spread, the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful, and the lobby was pleasant. All in all, nicer than most Best Western properties in the U.S.!
The toilet left a bad smell in the room. Apart from that, everything was good.
The woman at the front desk wasn't especially friendly, and the infrastructure is very old. I also find it completely unacceptable that there isn't Wi-Fi in the rooms.
The staff were pleasant and easygoing, but this was the worst hotel we've stayed in for years. The room had an old smoky smell, and the restaurant was terrible. It definitely wasn't a four-star hotel, more like two. Don't go there!
Breakfast was good and the hotel was okay, but it was disappointing to be charged extra for the pool without being told beforehand. We were also charged for the swim caps they gave us, again without warning.
