The host was attentive and available throughout our stay, and even sent back some things I'd left behind. We were three couples, and I highly recommend the accommodation. The apartments are fully equipped, while the unusual architecture gives the place real charm. It's a gorgeous spot, well placed for wine tastings and other activities.

We'd stayed at their other property before and were really looking forward to this visit. Cristina was very helpful arranging the reservation. A medical emergency meant we arrived late at first, then had to cancel after all. They didn't charge us anything, even though we tried to pay given the last-minute circumstances. Such thoughtful hospitality. We really hope to visit in the future.

Great hosts and rooms, and a fantastic location in the middle of a little paradise. Walking among the vineyards and having a glass of wine on the upper level next to the pool felt like heaven. Thank you!

We spent our mornings having breakfast on the patio, with a beautiful view of the Cannubi vineyards. The patio had comfortable lounge chairs and a charcoal BBQ, which we used to grill a delicious steak (costata) from Mario Bollano Macelleria. We stayed in the "Alba 2" apartment, which had a fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, toaster oven, espresso capsule machine, and all the utensils and conveniences we could need. Inside, the restored antique furniture, wall colors, and decor all worked beautifully together. The villa also has a lovely rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the famous Cannubi vineyards. In a communal area, guests can use a washer and dryer, a cellar for storing wine bottles, and two bicycles. We made good use of all of them. This was our first stay at Villa Giobatta after two previous vacations in Langhe. We'd loved our earlier visits to Villa Giobatta's other property, Locanda dell'Orso Bevitore, so we wanted to try this new place. We're so glad we did, and we'll be back very soon. Villa Giobatta is a farmhouse from the early 20th century, beautifully restored in 2020 and set among the Cannubi vineyards in Barolo. The location worked perfectly for us, a couple of minutes' drive from Barolo and central to wineries and restaurants we visited in Verduno, La Morra, Serralunga, Castiglione Falletto, and other Langhe towns.
