The common areas were lovely, and breakfast was excellent. Elena and her husband were warm and welcoming, while still being discreet and very helpful. Elena and I even did some book crossing, which I loved as a reader since the house is full of books. My room was warm, bright, clean, well furnished, and smelled fresh. The location was handy too, less than a quarter of an hour from Mediolanum Forum, where I was going to a concert. I had a really good stay, thank you!

The house is beautiful, furnished with care and full of books. Elena's family made me feel welcome, and the quiet Milan suburb meant a comfortable, discreet stay. My room was spotless and had every comfort, and the private bathroom was comfortable and colorful. Breakfast was excellent. This is just how a B&B should make you feel. Elena and Angelo clearly put a lot of passion into their work. They were so courteous and always happy to share information about places to visit, routes, and restaurants. The B&B is ideal for anyone going to Humanitas. Set among greenery in the small residential village of Cascina Colombaia, it's wonderfully quiet. The room and house are thoughtfully and finely furnished, with great attention to detail, and everything was there. Very clean, too. Breakfast was excellent and generous. Highly recommended.

The room has a dollhouse feel, with each detail carefully chosen and practical. We stayed one night, and Elena welcomed us with a smile as soon as we arrived. The property is surrounded by greenery, and the quiet is one of its defining features. There are books scattered through the house, too.
