The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was fine. The room was a good size, with firm beds and comfortable pillows, though the beds looked dated. The bathroom was better than I expected, with a tub, and nearly everything worked properly. It seems like the best choice around here, but the hotel could use an update.

For a one-night stay, it’s a decent option. You can walk to the center, and there’s parking. The room is basic, with an older-style bathroom. Breakfast is okay, and the Illy coffee is good. Would work fine for a business trip.

We booked just 30 minutes before arriving, and they still took us in and gave us a free upgrade. It’s affordable and very well placed for exploring downtown Basano del Grappa. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.

Clean, welcoming and just right for a one-night stop. Nothing fancy, but I’d happily stay here again next time :)

Close to the historic center, with clean rooms and balconies in every room. The staff are very kind. I’ll come back when I’m in the area.
