The owner and cleaner were so helpful and had a great service mindset, even though we don't speak Italian. The place is warm and cosy, well located and not far from central Bassano. The rooms have everything for a longer trip, including a kitchen, fridge and washing machine. We'll definitely visit again next time.

The owner was very kind and available whenever we had questions, and we had a great time. Our room for four was really spacious and clean. The bathroom was outside the room but private for our use. A hallway partition could be closed while using it, so we had privacy. The house is very well maintained.

A fair price for a short stay. The apartment is in excellent condition, modernly furnished and has everything you need. Key handover was prompt and courteous. The location is good, though you can hear some street and upstairs noise. Maybe I notice it more because my own home is completely quiet. Cleanliness was almost perfect, 98/100, and I'm very picky about that. I highly recommend it.

I've stayed here twice now with family and friends. The clean, welcoming apartment is just steps from the center of Bassano del Grappa. Recommended.

Sergio treated us wonderfully. The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable, and everything works perfectly. It feels like being in your own home, maybe even better. The decor is lovely, and you can tell the renovation was done with great taste. If I return to Bassano, I'll definitely stay here again.
