Lunch came as a set menu, and it was good.

Bruno, the owner, is a farmer and a great storyteller. We enjoyed the meal from the appetizer through dessert, and the tasting menu should leave you satisfied. The house Chardonnay was excellent and well priced. The place itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere.

The owner, the charming Mr. Bruno, makes the wine on site, and it was excellent. The food is built around quality ingredients, prepared with real skill. Prices are good, with a solid traditional feel rather than trendy luxury.

Dinner felt home-cooked, with a comfortable amount of time between courses, and the desserts were delicious. The wine list is short, though it includes some good choices for my taste. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the place has been renovated beautifully.

The ingredients are authentic and excellent, and the dishes come out just right. The restaurants are lovely and sit just outside the Langhe. The welcome and aperitif could be better, but the experience is genuine agritourism with no frills.
