I wouldn’t stay here again. The towels were so thin they felt like sheets, and I saw several bugs in the room. It felt too dirty to get under the covers. There’s no AC in the room, the hallway lights didn’t work, and you can hear people talking in neighboring rooms and out in the corridors. If you come across this place while looking for a room, keep driving.

The room was okay, with a large bathroom, but it wasn’t luxurious and the lighting was very poor. It seemed somewhat clean, though in the morning we found lots of ants beside the bed. Breakfast was just croissants, yogurt, and a few tarts, but the coffee was good. The owner was nice, and the location worked well for our one-night stay near the airport. There’s no public transport other than taxis. I’d suggest it if you’re flying from Perugia, but look elsewhere for a longer stay.
