The Wi-Fi was described as excellent, but it wasn’t great in our house. When we arrived, we were told this was because of the thick walls. The owner has five houses clustered on the same street. The house itself is nice, and the village still feels authentic, but the thin ceilings and floors meant a lot of noise and little privacy. The owner knows what I mean. Those issues each cost it a star.

The area has amazing landscapes and pathways, and the town has such an original atmosphere. Wow, one of my favorite places in the world.

These beautiful, traditional Baunesis houses keep the distinctive style of another time, with wooden ceilings, wrought-iron handles, and other details. They still have all the modern comforts. A special vacation spot, highly recommended for anyone who loves the past and beyond.

Good amenities in a lovely little apartment. There’s a partly covered terrace, plus a rooftop terrace with a view.
