Giaminera B & B Art Studio

Maria-Laura and Ottavio were incredibly kind hosts, and the hotel was charming, with lovely original furniture from when the house belonged to Maria-Laura’s grandparents decades ago. Their artwork throughout the hotel, including in the rooms, adds a lot of character. Maria-Laura also helped us plan activities like Cala hikes and recommended dinners, and every suggestion was great during our three-night stay. We wish we could've stayed longer and hope to return one day. The hotel sits right in the middle of historic Baunei, which is charming in itself. It was a wonderful place to stay, with very clean rooms, good WiFi and air conditioning.

She made our stay so easy, helping us book tables around town and pointing us toward what to eat and when. Such a sweet host. We have nothing but good things to say about her.

Baunei is lovely, and the B&B is right in the center. We had a really good time here, helped along by hosts who were warm and quick to suggest restaurants and things to do. Timasu Gelataria had the best gelato, and Pisaneddu was worth it for the view. There’s no parking at the B&B, though finding a nearby spot was fairly easy. The room had everything we needed, with clean facilities, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. I also liked having a balcony. The mattress felt a little old. I only noticed afterward that a hot tub was mentioned, so I didn’t ask about it while we were there. Is there one? We’d definitely recommend staying here for a great time in Baunei.

The illustrations around the place were lovely. Our host went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful two days in Baunei. Thanks again for a great stay.
