Agriturismo Parco Del Chiese

The room was large, bright, and clean, and the owners were friendly and quick to help. There's a big park at the back for children, plus a riding stable to visit. The lake is very close, making it handy for getting around. It's a really quiet spot. Breakfast was a little limited, but I'd definitely stay again.

Nicole's riding lessons are a great help if you want to get to know the world of horses. The rides along the river are something special, too. Prices are fair and accessible to everyone. Definitely recommend it!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was fair: €38 for a night with breakfast. In the morning I saw the horses and children taking riding lessons. There's also an above-ground pool with sun loungers. It works like a guesthouse, with keys for both the room and front door, and only guests staying overnight. It's a family-run farmhouse surrounded by nature. The route in follows narrow paved roads, then a fairly even dirt stretch at the end. The owner greeted me when I arrived and came over to join me shortly after. I had booked a single room and was pleasantly surprised by its little terrace overlooking the horse stables. The room was clean, the bed comfortable but a bit squeaky, and there were mosquito nets for the many countryside insects. I did find that the single-use samples had already been used, and one lightbulb was burned out. Breakfast was adequate but not plentiful, with a limited selection: homemade and branded packaged items, yogurt, plain croissants, fruit tart, coffee, hot water and cocoa powder for hot chocolate, juice, and tea bags. A good fit for people with modest expectations who enjoy animals and the outdoors. I would've liked a little more attention to some details.

It's tucked away in nature, with horses, goats, and other animals around, so it really feels like an agriturismo. A lovely place to spend some quiet time with the people you care about.
