Agriturismo La tempestosa

La Tempestosa feels wonderfully homey, with a simple, genuine warmth that makes you feel welcome and respected. It's a family-run agriturismo where kindness comes naturally, whether you're stopping for a meal or staying overnight. From Bedonia there are three roads to get there, though one is steep and narrow, so take care. You could say all roads lead here.

The vegetable tarts were delicious, as were the buttered vegetables. I found the lasagna a little too heavy on the béchamel. We skipped a main course and dessert, having only side dishes and coffee, but were still charged the full menu price of €18 per person. The place itself was lovely, clean, nicely decorated and well kept. Service was quick and flawless, and they brought me water for the dog right away when I asked.

We were four adults and three kids, and three slices were enough. The pizza was very good, served by the slice, and since it's bigger than usual you can put up to four toppings on one. The place is tidy and elegant, and the price was great for what we got.

It’s hard to put this farmhouse into words. You come here to recharge in the quiet, with authentic, delicious dishes from Mrs. Maria. She’s kind and discreet, and incredibly available; her children show the same kindness and hospitality every day. The setting, the food, and the outside of the property all make it a real spectacle.
