Denis at the poolside was a big help, even sorting out dinner reservations for us. Thanks to him and the rest of the team. Our room was modern, clean, spacious, and full of natural light. The pool is right downstairs and a relaxing place to spend time. A wonderful apartment with great facilities for a holiday.

We were reluctant to leave on our last day. The staff were incredible, and our room was beautifully decorated and really comfortable. Their recommendations were excellent, too. Diamond apartments put us right in the heart of town, and every window had gorgeous views. Bellagio is a beautiful place to stay.

Mille Grazie to the Diamond Appartments team for an unforgettable holiday. We were in Il Borgo as a family with our two children, aged 9 and 11, and everyone treated us like family, always smiling and helping with whatever we needed. The kids even got hugs. The rooms, apartment, pool, bar, and location were all brilliant. It could hardly have been more beautiful. Irene, Greta, Frida and Chris

Andrea and Syria were so helpful, and we loved our visit. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool, which was an added bonus. It’s right in central Bellagio, exactly where you want to be. A must stay if you’re visiting.

The internet was frustratingly slow and patchy, which made video calls and streaming painful. My wife and I both run businesses, so sometimes we need to work while traveling. We could hear the neighbours easily through the walls, and the shower was on the small side. The rest was convenient: friendly staff, undercover parking attached to the building, and a very short walk to everything in town. We had a spacious Lake View apartment on the 3rd Floor, with a washing machine and access to a dryer in the common area. The pool area was beautiful and quiet.
