Villa Ponti Bellavista

We spent four nights here and came away feeling completely rejuvenated. It’s such a lovely place to slow down, with beautiful gardens and a veggie patch full of herbs and produce you can pick, including strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, basil, sage, and silver beet. There’s plenty of room to lounge indoors or out, and the balconies and pool area have breathtaking views. The house is gorgeous and has a full kitchen for making your own meals. You can also arrange to have a chef if you’d like. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and you can book a masseuse to come to the house. You’ll need a car to get around Civenna, and finding the property can be a little tricky. After you book, they’ll get in touch and can give you specific directions. I’d recommend spending time here, it’s well worth the expense. It really does feel glorious, like a movie star’s getaway.

The hosts went above and beyond for us, and the sauna and pool overlooking Lake Como were such a treat. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the beds were as good as some of the best hotels in the world. We slept extremely well. The view is so spectacular that you keep checking whether it’s real. Walking in, it takes your breath away. It’s luxury at its finest, the kind of place you’ll keep thinking about, return to, and tell your friends about. A must visit!

We especially enjoyed time together around the fireplace, on the balconies, and by the pool. Chanel and Barbara were attentive, accommodating, and super friendly. My family and I had an incredible week at VillaPonti. The villa is gorgeous and very comfortable, with everything well equipped, and the views are stunning. Definitely the best accommodation in the area!

Our group was so pleased with the stay. The cooks who made breakfast each morning were charming, lovely, and accommodating, and we also enjoyed the pool overlooking the lake and gardens. The Villa was beautiful throughout, our bedroom was perfect, and the view was majestic.
