The room was unbearably hot, and the air conditioner was broken when I arrived in the afternoon. When I asked the receptionist to fix it or move me to another room, she said I'd have to pay extra for air conditioning, a charge the website hadn't mentioned. She left me without help. I was there with my elderly mother, and the heat was awful. The sheets were sandy and dirty as well, and the sink was broken and wouldn't drain. I had to leave straight away. I've never stayed in a worse hotel. I'd spend a little more and avoid this place.

The beds were horrific, and the room was dirty. The service was terrible, and the price was insane for what you get. For breakfast there was no real choice, just bland food. They also ask you to pick meals days ahead, with a choice that felt like pasta, pasta, or pasta. This was a waste of money. Please don't book here, it's a set-up. AVOID!
