There are some good points: the hotel looks nice, the pool is large and clean, it's close to the main promenade, the staff are pleasant, the rooms are clean, and there are facilities for children. But the rooms are extremely small. I think ours was under 10 square metres for two adults and two children. The railroad tracks are right behind the fence, and the trains make so much noise at night that it's impossible to sleep well. The parking area is far too small, and I couldn't park there once all week. Using the parking lot on the corner may cause conflict with other hotels, since it depends on them. There was no fridge in the room. I only just read that you can get one, but nobody told me.

I've been visiting this hotel since I was probably a baby, back when it was called Villa Irma. The pool, added recently, has become a can't-miss part of the day, and the decor is modern. Hospitality is impeccable, and the food is always excellent, including the appetizer buffet. I've stayed here with family, family friends, relatives, and friends. Everyone I've brought along has left with lots of compliments and gratitude.

This is my third year coming back, and I think it'll be my last. The place seems to get worse every year, and this time the drop was absurd. The room was very small, had holes in the wall, and wasn't properly maintained. We paid 375 euros for three days in a room in terrible condition. Cleaning was done at 2 pm instead of in the morning, even though we'd been out since 9 am. I'm really sorry, because my daughter had a great time, but if I'm spending that money, I'd rather choose another hotel. I have been coming here for three years. I sincerely thank Martina and Noemi for their kindness and for everything.
