I was especially impressed by Umberto. He greeted my family warmly, helped with our luggage himself, and was always available and thoughtful toward me, my wife, and our children. I'd give him five stars without hesitation. The dining room waiters were also consistently helpful, polite, and smiling. The dishes were good and well prepared, and we had a positive stay at Hotel Columbia in Bellaria. There were a few things that kept me from giving the top score. The buffet felt short on variety, and breakfast, despite having several choices, could use more investment. I also got the impression that another member of management, possibly one of the owners, related to guests differently. When he was in the dining room, the staff seemed more tense and agitated. Still, Umberto's welcome and the team's kindness made the experience a good one, though a few details could be improved to make it truly excellent.

It feels like coming home whenever we visit Hotel Columbia. We've been back every year for six years now, and the family atmosphere and the warm welcome from Umberto, Emanuele, Sofia, and all the team mean a lot to us. We always appreciate the clean rooms, the beachfront location and amenities, the pool, and the excellent food. We're already looking forward to our next stay in Bellaria. See you soon!
