Hotel Firenze

The food was delicious, and the staff were kind and caring. I’d describe this Hotel as simple but elegant. It’s close to the Train Station, a grocery store, an Ice cream Shop, and, best of all, the beach.

After more than 20 years away, we came back to Bellaria for a short holiday and chose Hotel Firenze again, just as we had all those years ago. Ercole and Paola are wonderful, caring people, and their team exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, and our rooms were tidy and clean. Violeta was bubbly and cheerful, always making her “friends” smile and making sure they had everything. Mohamed looked after us in the dining room and was a delight, so helpful. Thanks as well to everyone working behind the scenes to make guests feel at home. Their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help are still just as strong as we remembered, and they’re always ready to take care of every need and “spoil” you. This is their home, and their passion is clear. We’re sure to return for a longer stay as soon as we can. For us, there’s no other Hotel in Florence. Thanks to all of you, and especially Ercole and Paola.

The staff won us over as soon as we arrived with their genuine warmth and courtesy. We had a lovely two-day weekend stay, and the hotel was a wonderful find. The room was clean, air conditioned, and had a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the authentic food, with choices to suit different tastes and seafood always available. We also really appreciated being able to take our dog to the beach. The surroundings were clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the team paid close attention to guests and details. It’s in an excellent location, and we’d happily recommend it and return.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of choice and quality products. The Hotel Firenze in Bellaria is also ideally placed, just a short walk from the sea and main attractions. Our room was clean and had all the comforts we needed. The welcome was warm, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it for a pleasant, relaxing visit. Thanks to Ercole, Paola, and the whole team.
