Hotel Parini

The fresh vegetable buffet at lunch and dinner was a big plus, and the service was excellent. Breakfast could use more choices, and there was only a little fruit, even in the morning. The rooms and shared areas were impeccably clean, with friendly, capable staff at this family-run hotel. It’s close to the beach and not far from the Bellaria-Igea Marina train station. The hotel’s private parking lot needs reconsidering. I’d recommend staying here as a couple or with family.

The room was small but practical and had everything we needed. We especially liked the smart air conditioning, which switched itself on or off depending on whether the window or door was open, a handy way to avoid wasting energy. Staff were friendly and professional throughout, and the waiters were attentive to special diets and food intolerances. The dishes were excellent and cooked just right. I ordered extra whenever I could. The owner welcomed us warmly when we arrived and let us unload easily and park behind the hotel. We stayed four days at Hotel Parini, about 80 meters from the beach. We highly recommend it for the service, kind staff, and convenient location by the sea.

The one possible downside is there’s no sea view, though the water is only about 200 meters away. It’s quiet and I’d highly recommend it. Silvia, the owner, and her staff made our pre-summer stay in Bellaria, a charming Romagna village near Rimini, really pleasant. The rooms are spacious and have a small balcony, TV, safe, and a comfortable windowed bathroom stocked with the essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, and toiletries. Breakfast is generous and international, and meals are excellent and plentiful, with seconds sometimes available. They also cater for celiac guests. The bar has packaged ice cream and various liqueurs, which you can enjoy outside by the tables and chairs near the tidy green area. There’s a convenient elevator, too.

I’ve been back for several holidays, and everything has been great each time, from the food to the rooms and common areas. The owners and staff are professional, welcoming, and especially attentive to families with young children and guests with dietary needs. See you next summer!
