Honestly, I’ve never had a hotel stay this bad. They don’t even deserve one star, I should get one for picking this hotel! I won’t go into it, it’s not worth it. I absolutely don’t recommend it. Think ten times before booking.

I booked two weeks at the hotel in February for July and paid that same day. Today I arrived with my family, but they have no room for us and still have my money, which they say they can’t repay. We met another family with exactly the same story.

I felt at ease and welcome as soon as I arrived. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and Mr. Raffaele was especially friendly. His wife Roberta is a wonderful cook. I highly recommend this place.
