Residence San Marco

Beach Club 11 had fantastic entertainment, and the lifeguards were friendly and always available. The services were excellent, as were the staff and location. A beautiful residence for a beach break that's both fun and relaxing.

I've been a customer for several years, which says something. I'm Gena Maria, a very demanding customer, and I'd like to thank Daniela, Luciano, and their sons Lucio and Fabio personally. The sea is just a few steps away, and we had a great time. The pool is well kept and really nice. I'd suggest paying closer attention to the apartment cleaning before guests move in, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

Our three-room apartment had plenty of space, and the pool was large and great for kids, with lots of room around it and loungers and umbrellas. Unfortunately, a problem kept the pool unusable for four days. The terraces were also very large, though the one off the kitchen couldn't fit all five of us for an outdoor meal. To reach the bigger terrace, you have to go through a bedroom, which isn't convenient. The residence is just steps from the beach, but a bit away from the city center, still a nice walk. The reserved spot in the underground garage was useful for keeping our cars inside. There's no microwave, and the kitchenware is sparse, for instance, no pan big enough to toss pasta for five. There's no TV in the bedroom either. The shower needs maintenance and is smaller than the one in the website photos, and the kitchen cupboards are a bit moldy. Cleanliness was reasonable. We appreciated the linen changes on Wednesdays and Sundays. Bikes aren't provided, but you can rent them at the nearby Universal Hotel. We were glad our dog was welcome, though dogs can't walk on the beach and have to stay tethered to their umbrellas. Beach entertainment was a bit lacking, and the space between umbrellas was barely adequate. Thanks to the residence and beach staff for accommodating all our requests.
