Residenza Casa del Sole

The view from this fifth-floor apartment on Via Pirano in Bellaria is absolutely worth it. Every one of its three small balconies faces the sea, so you can watch the sunrise and even eat outside. It’s less than 10 meters to the beach, the bar, and a little restaurant with excellent food. There’s also a parking space, which isn’t something you can count on in Bellaria. From outside, the building almost looks like a council house, but the renovated apartment inside is nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. There’s no air conditioning, but it stays pleasantly cool even in the daytime. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea is priceless.
