A perfect quiet weekend break, with Belluno city center just five minutes away. Julia was a very friendly host, and there were plenty of brochures at the entrance for local attractions. Breakfast was fine, though the choices weren't extensive. If you're easygoing about that, it's enough. The room was clean, the bathroom was big, and we had a view of Dolomiti. We'll definitely be back, 10/10.

The old center of Belluno is only about a five-minute drive away, and several ski resorts are reachable in around 45 minutes. At Agriturismo Villa di Modolo, the owners welcomed us warmly. The rooms felt new, were spacious and clean, and breakfast with local products was excellent. We had a fantastic stay.

Mr. Francesco deserves special thanks for making us feel at home, along with all his highly trained staff. We stayed for several days at this wonderful farmhouse in a setting of complete peace and quiet. The rooms were welcoming and spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind and always available. We'll certainly come back on our next vacation. See you soon.

The people here are special, and I send them a warm greeting. Villa di Modolo is a peaceful spot with authentic flavors, and we were impressed by the care given to every detail. Our room was spacious, welcoming, spotless, and equipped with every comfort, with a breathtaking view of the Belluno mountains. Breakfast should satisfy even the pickiest guests. Highly recommended if you're after real relaxation.

If I'm paying this much, I'd expect the room to at least be clean. This doesn't feel like agriturismo to me, more like a bed and breakfast at best, and the breakfast is meager. Saying “we're just frugal” feels like mocking the farmers who really do show off. I'd say drive over and judge for yourself.
