The attic apartment is in an urban part of Belluno, with only a limited view of the mountains. It was comfortable for two, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The air conditioning worked well even on hot days. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped, with a large walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. There’s a small, practical kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, and fridge, though no freezer, plus a TV and sofa. A single parking space is conveniently right by the entrance. Lorella was kind and helpful, and gave us useful ideas for places to visit. Daily bed making and light cleaning were included. The price was competitive at €229.50 for three nights. Before we booked online, we were offered a discount over the phone if we booked through other channels, perhaps because we were young. There were some cleaning oversights: dust on the bedside tables and paintings, and cobwebs and stains on the mirror. With the windows open, traffic from the main road outside could be heard. Breakfast was described as included, but consisted of the in-room coffee maker and/or a few pastries from the bakery. Lorella offered to cover the tourist tax, €1 per person per night for three nights, €6 total, if we opted out of breakfast. We agreed, since we still had to buy a little something for dinner. We'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The apartment is comfortable and welcoming, and the owner’s hospitality and location are excellent. Some room for improvement remains with outside noise and cleaning details.

Our five days in two rooms at the property were lovely. Mrs. Lorella was thoughtful and extremely kind, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with gorgeous bathrooms. Eco, the big dog, was a wonderful companion. We'll miss him sorely and will definitely return!

Dust seemed to be the main feature of this place, which gives you an idea of the dirt and lack of cleanliness. The owner's promised fresh breakfast was Buondì. And those shampoo and shower gel samples? They were nonexistent! I'm joking, but the stay was traumatic. Bring clothes pegs and an extra chair from home. The drying rack had no pegs, and there was only one chair for breakfast.
