My daughter returned very happy after staying here with her school. She really enjoyed the excellent dinner, and the rooms were cozy and clean. I’m grateful to the hotel owner for giving the children a comfortable place to stay.

We spent 15 days here in self-catering accommodation and had an excellent impression of the property. The rooms are spacious and practical, and the common areas are roomy and well kept, with a fully equipped kitchen. The courtyard out front is fantastic for eating outdoors and spending the evening. Fabio deserves praise for managing the hotel and taking such good care of guests. The owner is always available when anything is needed.

I’m saying this because zero stars aren’t an option. They call it a “hotel,” but it was awful. The rooms looked like barracks from 1914, with broken bed slats and pillows that might as well have been stuffed with mortar. There were so many spiders, you’d think you were in Australia! I can’t imagine who cooks in the kitchen. If the NAS came by, they’d surely take away the chef’s baptismal certificate. Maybe my grandfather ate better in a trench in the 1940s during World War I. Still, Belluno is nice :) Kisses, kisses, see you...

The one good thing was the location, surrounded by greenery and completely peaceful. The stay itself was no good. I arrived with a group of elementary school children, and there was no hot water, heating, or Wi-Fi. The towels still had stains, and the dinner made two children and one chaperone sick. I wouldn’t return.
