It's a good base for hiking, but the apartment sits in the middle of an industrial area, which isn't very pleasant. The room was dark because the back windows look straight at a wooden wall. In one spot, paint was peeling off the wall, apparently from an earlier bathroom leak. We also couldn't get onto the rooftop because the door code didn't work, and it's closed most of the time. They shouldn't advertise it as such a major feature when you can only use it for a few hours a day.

There was plenty of room for the three of us, and you can even use the sauna if you want. The beds were comfortable, with fresh, clean towels and bedding. We also had a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and fridge in the room, which was brilliant. Everything looked very clean and tidy, and the place seems newly built. It’s ideally placed for the Dolomites, and I’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The managers and staff were so kind and courteous, and the room was spotless. The beds were fantastic, with soft sheets that smelled lovely. It’s easy to find, quiet, and convenient for exploring.

The parking on the south side needs attention. There’s a drop of more than a meter with no barrier or warning signs, and while we were maneuvering at night we nearly went over. Inside, we noticed peeling paint by the entrance to room 3 from a bathroom leak. It’s nothing major, but it should be fixed. The rooms are clean, though the layout could work better. The table is too small for even tea and biscuits, especially since the microwave, kettle, and coffee maker could go on a shelf above it. Despite being in an industrial area, it’s a good base for excursions, and we enjoyed our stay. The booklet about local attractions was useful.
