The beds were comfortable after we got the room temperature balanced with those heavy quilts. The mountain scenery is spectacular, and having a wine cellar as your living room is such a distinctive touch. What a lovely place.

The cottage sits in a historic stone vineyard cellar that still makes wine each October. Marie was so lovely and helpful, and after our long, chaotic drive, the homemade chocolate cake and lemon biscuits were a welcome treat.
