The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The property sits among greenery in a peaceful setting, with a five-minute drive to the beach and good connections to Belvedere. Highly recommended.

Nicola was attentive and ready to help with what we needed, and even let us play billiards one evening. My wife, son, and I stayed during the second week of August. It’s a lovely, quiet place in a good location. We’d recommend it.

Marcella and Nicola, who own the place, are so kind and always available. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh homemade food. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the view is lovely. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by greenery, with Belvedere’s seaside a five-minute drive away. We’d love to return. Highly recommended.

Try Marcella’s ring cake with the jam they make themselves at breakfast. The owners, Marcella and Nicola, are incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s a quiet, relaxing place in the hills overlooking Belvedere Marittimo. Highly recommended.

I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the place was very clean. From the outside it looks lovely, but the interior and its decor are even more impressive. A great choice if you need a peaceful break, even for just a couple of days.
