The Caribbean Zone has around 45 older units, though they’re spacious and well equipped, plus a small pool and a bar-pizzeria. There’s no beach there. The property is split into three blocks. During our stay from June 8 to June 14, 2024, planned major works were underway.

A little Ferragosto dedication to everyone here, especially the best employers I’ve ever had. Francesca and Gilberto feel like family: they’re wonderful, kind, understanding, and put so much effort into making guests’ stays go well. Giovanni is the best pizza maker in Calabria, always able to meet our Campanian customers’ requests. Ali and Greta are fun and cheerful, and without them work would be just work. Vincenzo and Luca handle every situation even in difficult moments, and keep trying to improve. And Immacolata is every bit the kind, understanding grandma everyone would want. Happy Ferragosto to you all, and I hope everyone comes by our residence for the best family holiday ever!

We were there June 14-20, 2020, and the apartments were lovely. Gilberto, Francesca, and little Greta won us over with such a warm welcome. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. Keep it up, and we hope to see you all again safe and well.

We spent two weeks here in June 2020 to unwind. The apartment was roomy and had what we needed, and the enchanting sea was only a few steps away. What made the stay especially lovely was meeting Gilberto, Francesca, little Greta, and the rest of the staff, who all help make the place special. Sending a big hug and goodbye.

There are all kinds of sports to try at this lovely seaside residence. It’s lively for kids, teens, and grown-ups alike.
