The quality for the price is hard to beat. A three-course dinner with house wine can be around 25€ per person, and I haven’t found that kind of quality at that price anywhere else. Almost every ingredient comes from the farm, so the restaurant has one set menu that changes from week to week depending on what’s available. Every dish feels like a real, amazing experience. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in Italy. :)

We flew from London to spend five days quarantining here, and it turned out to be a paradise of a stay. The place is only 30 minutes from the airport, with lovely rooms that are all brand new and a big pool for the really hot summers. Domenico, the owner, is a lovely guy and a top chef. He and his wife keep making amazing dishes with what nature provides. The views over the Marche hills are incredible, and the farm has beautiful horses running freely around. A must in Marche.

Collina dei Cavalieri feels like a magical place, only a few kilometers from the sea. The pool is breathtaking, and the olive trees around it are decorated with fairy lights. Inside, there’s a spacious lounge with lovely details and a fireplace that kept us company on our mini vacation. The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was excellent. Luana and Domenico, the owners, are culinary stars, serving products sourced locally. We’ll be back soon, Collina dei Cavalieri!

I’ve visited several times for work in different seasons, and Domenico and his wife, chef Luana, always give me a warm welcome. The food is excellent and carefully prepared, and the wines are good quality. In summer, there’s also a lovely, comfortable pool and loungers on the lawn. Highly recommended.
