B&B Benevento

Mr. Pierpaolo was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well looked after, and comfortable.

It was very quiet, and the room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, though it squeaked a little, while the third bed was too hard. It would have been nice to get more coffee pods for the in-room machine, at least each morning.

There were some good practical points: the room was large, the owner was helpful, parking in the outdoor courtyard was convenient, and self-check-in was quick. I can see that the owner is renovating, so perhaps it will be more comfortable soon. As it is now, the furnishings are dated and tasteless, the mattress sags, and there's a damp smell in the room. The Wi-Fi was poor, and although the bathroom had been renovated, the shower often ran cold. Breakfast was toast and packaged snacks, which would be better left off.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, and parking was excellent. Everything was spotless and hygienic, and the place felt like home. We had a large bed with a comfortable mattress, a sofa, stove, mini-fridge, dining table and chairs, coffee maker and coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen. There was also a beautiful view and excellent heating. I'd definitely return and highly recommend it. Congratulations on keeping the hotel so immaculate, and thank you for everything.
