The apartment was clean and spacious, even with six of us, and the location worked perfectly for the train and bus stations. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the bathroom. The hot water tank ran out after four, five, or six people had showered. A coffee machine or complimentary tea and coffee would have been a nice addition, though that’s not a complaint. There’s a busy ice cream parlour in the shops below and a nice cafe downstairs. Excellent value for money, and I’d stay again with a group.

The location was great, with everything nearby, and the self check-in was simple. The apartment was tidy, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were so low that it felt like sleeping without one. I liked the place and would come back.

The train and bus stations are a 15-20 minute walk away, and the shower worked perfectly. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable, though I’d have preferred larger ones. They were the size that fit in the room. The bedroom with two beds had nowhere to put belongings, even though there was room for at least two chairs and a shelf for clothes or a suitcase. Each bed also needed its own light. There was only one, so someone reading would disturb someone trying to sleep. Since there was just one TV, it belonged in a shared area like the living room, not a bedroom. We also missed having napkins and paper towels in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was fine.

A good spot for staying with children. The apartment was clean and pleasant, and it’s well located with easy access to the center of Bergamo.
