Alessandra was incredibly kind when our plans changed. We missed our flight and would normally have had to pay for the first night, but after hearing what happened, she offered to waive the cancellation fee and let us book the second night directly with her. Before the trip, she’d also sent detailed directions to the building through WhatsApp, which made it easy to find. The room at Antico Ducato was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We booked two nights through Booking.com and would definitely stay at Alessandra’s place again if we return to Bergamo. We really recommend it. Thank you so much, Alessandra!

The owner was really friendly and helpful. We could walk everywhere from the place: the train station and Funicular were about 15 minutes away on foot, and pizzerias, pubs, and a grocery store were only a few steps away.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the place was spotless and in a perfect location. It felt magical. I’d choose it again for sure.
