Nuala, who helped with the reservation and check-in, was exceptional. Both services were great, and everything was impeccably clean. I spent two wonderful nights at Academia Residence. The room was a very good size and had a private bathroom, and the hotel is in a great location next to cafes and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit to Bergamo.

We only stayed for one day, and that’s our one regret, Bergamo deserves much more time! The apartment was spotless, cosy, and beautifully designed, with so much care in the details. Elena and her son Yakov were especially kind and warm-hearted. They love their city and shared fascinating stories about Bergamo, better than any guide could. Thanks to them, we saw the real Bergamo: vibrant, welcoming, and full of charm. We’ll definitely come back, next time for longer. It’s the kind of place you want to return to.

We always feel welcome here. My husband and I come back every year, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are really kind and helpful, and getting here from the airport is easy with different transport options. The hotel can also arrange a transfer.

Free parking right at the hotel was a great bonus. It’s in a good spot near Alta Chitta in Bergamo, and I’d definitely recommend adding the breakfast.

Bergamo is absolutely worth visiting. We had a lovely room that was clean, and the staff were friendly and gave us lots of useful tips on places to eat and things to see around the city. A wonderful stay, highly recommend.
