The apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a washing machine, separate kitchen, towels, detergent, and shampoo. A friendly gentleman welcomed us, and the location in the new city center is excellent. There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the first floor. One bedroom faces the street and is unbearably noisy, even with the window shut, while the other is quiet on the opposite side. Fans are provided, but there is no air conditioning. The internet worked, then went out in the morning. Scaffolding has been in front of the apartment for a while and blocks the view. After a storm, we couldn't get through the large wooden outside door in the evening. A very friendly woman helped us reach the courtyard through the neighboring ice cream shop. Apart from those issues, the apartment is excellent.

The location couldn't be better, with everything nearby. The staff were courteous, and the apartment was clean, but it smelled strongly of damp or drains. It's an old place with a very basic renovation, the shower curtain needs replacing, and there's no living room.
