The room and bathroom were lovely, but the bathroom was a floor above the bedroom. As an older man who needs to pee in the night, that was a problem. There's no Wi-Fi, which the listing does say, but that's hard to accept these days. It's called a B&B, though there was nothing in the self-service kitchen for breakfast. Even the coffee machine was broken. When I messaged the owner, she apologized and thanked me for telling her, but her reply didn't help much.

They were especially kind and helpful. We arrived two hours before check-in, and they got our room ready. We had to leave early for our flight the next morning when there was no public transport, so they offered a ride and even brought us a small breakfast for the trip. It's the little things that count. Perfect stay, 10 out of 10.

My friend and I came from Spain, and I had an early flight to England the next morning, so we booked a room near Bergamo airport after arriving late at night. We booked a day or two ahead and told the owner or staff we'd get there close to midnight. They sent clear instructions for getting in and what to do in the morning, with everything we needed. The room and bathroom were both lovely and clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you so much. Grazie mille 🥰
