We got to check ourselves in after midnight, and Cesare was kind enough to arrange it and share useful tips for the next day. The room overlooked a monastery, so it was as quiet as we hoped. It's also just a few minutes from the main street, the old town funicular and the airport bus stop. The room was clean, spacious and warm, with a comfortable bed and a fully renovated bathroom. Staying at B&B San Benedetto was more than pleasant, and better than we'd expected. Thank you, Cesare!

The rooms were clean and tidy, with breakfast items replenished each day, and the location made it easy to explore Bergamo. Cesare was a brilliant host. Even though we arrived late in the evening, he met us and shared local advice on where to eat and shop. He also arranged a taxi for our early airport flight. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for him.

The apartment is in a handy spot, with a bus stop close by and the airport about 30 minutes away. It's roughly a 10-minute walk to both the funiculare and train station, and about 15 minutes to walk down from upper Bergamo. Cesare was a great host. He gave us a map and recommended some really good places to see during our trip.

It was warm and comfortable even in November, and so convenient for getting around. The accommodation is central to both the old and new towns, the train station is about 15 minutes away, and the airport bus stop is just down the street. The place was clean and spacious, with a kitchen, bathroom and lift.

The apartment was clean and had air conditioning, which I really appreciated in the hot weather. It had an amazing view and was close to Citta Alta. The owner was friendly and gave us great tips on what to see and where to go for dinner and drinks. I have no negative comments.
