I wouldn't recommend this place. There are other places in Bergamo that are better worth the money, and be careful, they won't refund you if you cancel. The bed and breakfast has no reception, so check-in and check-out are done with a code they send you. You never meet anyone, which feels very impersonal. They have your number and contact you on WhatsApp, which is fine, but sent me eight long messages explaining self check-in. That took a lot of time. The messages repeatedly warned me not to bring anyone to the room and said there was no breakfast. They came across as a bit rude. The front doors also open straight into the bedroom, making it noisy and strange. There was no breakfast, despite what the website says.

We really liked the room. It was very clean and had air conditioning, fresh towels, a TV, refrigerator, bed linen, and bottled water. I communicated with the owner through WhatsApp.

The room is large but barely basic, and the bed is comfortable. You'll want to know that the rooms are at street level on a busy road. Heating and a bath mat would have helped. Check-in and registration got bogged down in too many unnecessary messages; one message with the check-in details would be enough. It's nice that they try to provide information in English, but it would be clearer if the English and Italian were in separate, complete paragraphs.

The owner welcomed us warmly and was kind, helpful with information, and always ready to make suggestions. Although the hotel isn't very close to the airport, he can drive guests to check-in for less than a taxi would charge. We had to check out at 6:30, and he was happy to do it that early with a smile. The location was lovely, and the new building was colorful, well matched, and comfortable. There were shared breakfast areas with a big, varied breakfast, plus a toilet and bathroom with a hairdryer and private towels. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

It's close to the airport, which is the one good thing. The accommodation was horrible, with horrible rules. I wasn't allowed to eat in the room or shower between 12 pm and 7 am, or they'd charge me. Nobody was there to meet us, just a key that we had to collect using a passcode. But if I arrived after midnight, I'd be charged again? Sorry, guys, this shouldn't be listed on Booking in 2019. Definitely wrong.
