For a couple of nights in Bergamo, this works if all you need is somewhere to sleep near the center. It was affordable, and the hosts were quite nice, but there were some problems. We could hear the other residents moving around, the TV had annoying quirks, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling badly. Breakfast wasn't great either. Just so-so.

Our room was spacious and very clean, with towels and bath amenities provided. Breakfast, though, was very poor. Check-in was the frustrating part: we waited outside the main entrance for the owner, who had switched off their phone. We were there during the stated check-in hours, but couldn't reach anyone, and for a while we didn't even know if we'd have somewhere to stay. It put us in a bad mood.

I spent more than 10 days here because I needed to be near the hospital. The place was dirty and poorly ventilated, and the hosts didn't make us feel welcome, though they were happy to take the money. I also saw a dog in the garden being mistreated. Animal abuse. Don't stay here.

Our trip from Lithuania was canceled before the pandemic because there were no flights after Italy was hit so hard. We had booked this B&B and tried to contact them about getting a refund. They said, “no refund.” We lost our money, and I can only imagine how many others paid for a service they never received. Stay away from this B&B!

A good budget option for bed and breakfast in Bergamo. The owners are very kind.
