I booked this for work based on what the site said, but it didn't match the listing. No one was at the accommodation when I arrived, though after I called the number on the door I got a friendly welcome. For a place called a B&B, especially one advertised as including breakfast, it was disappointing to be told to go down the street for it. The room felt old and worn, and there was dust everywhere. I'll stay elsewhere when I'm back in Bergamo, and would suggest you do the same.

Getting in without the keys was a bit of a problem the first time, but after that it was easy. The place was clean and comfortable, and suited a short stay in Bergamo well. It's a short walk from the train station, with buses nearby for the upper city and the airport. I booked mainly because the first airport bus runs at 5am, which worked for my early flight.

There wasn't any breakfast. My room faced the street, so the noise and light made it hard to sleep well. I had a private bathroom, but it was outside the room, which meant taking all my things along to shower. Walking through the halls in just a towel didn't seem like a good option.

The room was clean and very nice, and the host was lovely. The B&B is on a main road, close to the railway station and all the tourist attractions. With the window open, though, it can get loud.
