The rooms were spotless, and the location worked perfectly for us. The staff were polite and helpful. Just be aware that breakfast costs extra.

6/10
We stayed one night because the location suited us, close to the airport bus and train station. The staff seemed low-energy and uninterested in helping guests, with an attitude that felt like they didn't want their day interrupted.

8/10
The room was fine, though it had a slightly odd smell. The hotel is right in the center, and breakfast had pretty much what I needed. It was good enough, just nothing gourmet.

10/10
The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the location is handy, right by the train station and near the lower city's shops. I'd stay here again if I come back to Bergamo.

4/10
The staff were helpful during our stay, and this review isn't about their service. The room itself was convenient for one night because of the location, but €30 for a crib is ridiculous for a four-star hotel. It was a subpar crib, too. They shouldn't promote being baby- or kid-friendly if they charge that much just to put one in the room. There were paper cups instead of mugs, and the orange decor looked very tired. Those things weren't deal breakers, but at that price I was surprised to see them overlooked.
