It's a cozy place near the center of the città bassa. There's no in-person staff service around the clock, but the instructions are clear and messages get answered quickly. The rooms are clean and big enough. The furniture is a little spartan, though it suits the room. You can have breakfast there. It was okay, but nothing special, so for a proper breakfast I'd look at places nearby. Still, it was a very pleasant stay.

A cozy, very nice hotel in a great location, with very good hosts. I just wish the beds were a bit more comfortable.

We had a great stay. I'd just suggest putting a second blanket in the rooms for guests who get cold easily.

We were eight men, two to a room, and all had a good experience. The accommodation is practical and in the lower city, close to lots of amenities and cultural places you might want to reach easily. Self check-in was straightforward. Breakfast and coffee were set out each day in an upstairs dining room, with all you could ask for, I think. A few rooms had heating that couldn't be turned down, but that was an uncommon issue.

My wife and I loved the stay, from the lovely typical Italian apartments to the pleasant people and tasty breakfast. Someone who gave this beautiful place a low rating must be frustrated and mean. I'm coming back for a second stay with a group of teenage students and teachers. For me, it's the best place to stay in Bergamo.
