The building looks nice from outside, but the bathroom was super dirty. There were ants, the walls were very thin, and the bed was really loud. I don't recommend this place.

I've stayed at Maison B- Bergamo three times now, and everything feels very well thought out. It's near the Central Station, cleaned daily, and quiet, with good quality people staying here. La Maison B B&B is a dream base for day trips from Bergamo, so convenient! We stayed in a "black" room, which was cozy, well designed, and very warm, a big plus in December :)) The Wi-Fi was very good, there are two supermarkets nearby, and evenings were quiet.

The room was warm, clean, and tidy, with tea and a boiler, and the location on a quiet street was excellent and easy to reach. The host was super responsive, and the value was OK. It's in an old official office (?) building from 1930. The walls aren't insulated, so we could hear our neighbors whispering. With that and the shared bathroom, it almost felt like other people were in our room, more like a cheaper hostel. A bonus is Trattoria de Adele right across the street, an excellent 5-star-rated pizza/seafood joint :))
