The breakfast was lovely and the service perfect. The historic building is beautiful, with stunning views, and although our room wasn't as advertised, it was still clean and comfortable. Driving there takes care because the streets are very small, and be sure to register your vehicle 😀. A lovely stay.

The garden and terrace make a great quiet break during a visit, and parking spaces are available, which is amazing. Check-in is self-service, with good help online. Rooms are simple but comfortable, and the bathrooms have been renovated. There's a nice breakfast too. This is an excellent hotel/B&B, a couple of minutes from the main city square.

The location couldn't be better, but there is no elevator and every room is on the 3rd floor. I was travelling alone with a baby, so carrying everything up was a bit complicated. Still, we had a wonderful stay in Palazzo Rivola.

It's hard to imagine a better place to stay in Bergamo. The gorgeous stone building is just 50 yards from the main piazza and streets. The rooms are amazing, the staff so friendly, and the breakfast and coffee are 1st class.

The old town's sights are all close by, and the location is great. We drove there and found it very easy to locate the place and park. Our room was spacious, beautiful and very clean, and breakfast was delicious. I'd stay here again on my next trip to Bergamo.
