Villa Berra B B Riva Del Po

The breakfast was awful, just a yogurt and some old dough sweets. The house looked haunted, and I wouldn't have stayed another night even for free. There's mold on the bathroom tiles, and when you try the tub's water jets, it smells like an old sewer. The mattress has a plastic cover, supposedly to protect guests from wetting the bed. It makes noise whenever you move, and sleeping on the plastic sheet is very hot. The place is horrible and in the middle of nowhere.

My family found it clean, very spacious, and nicely furnished, and it wasn't expensive when we stayed. In a tourist center, a place like this could cost a lot more.

The owner is a great person, and it’s a great place.

Berra is a quiet little village of fewer than 4,000 people. Everyone seems to know each other and says hello when they pass on the street in the morning. It’s not Milan, but it’s a lovely fit if you’re looking for calm and serenity. Attilio was a fantastic host, always available and ready to meet every need. He accepted my two Malinois without hesitation, which not everyone would do. The villa was large, clean, and had everything we could need. Its well-kept garden was a great place for my furry friends to enjoy themselves.
